1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Product & Pricing

All jewelry prices are calculated based on today's gold/silver metal rate plus making charges and 3% GST as per Indian law. Metal rates change daily. The price shown at time of order confirmation is the final price. We reserve the right to update metal rates daily.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee. Custom-made or engraved jewelry cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer a lifetime exchange policy on all BIS Hallmarked jewelry purchased from Vijay Jewellers. Exchange value will be based on the current metal rate at the time of exchange. Making charges are non-refundable on exchange.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of V.J. Bidkar Jewellers & Sons Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
